Rev. Brian Krause

Brian Krause has over 40 years of pastoral experience, retiring after 35 years as pastor of the United Church of Christ at Honeoye in 2015. He has served as a pulpit supply pastor and as an interim pastor, most recently at Lakeville UCC. Rev. Krause received his education at Syracuse University (1972) and Andover Newton Theological School (1975). He has served as a substitute teacher at the Livonia Central School as well as served as a volunteer swim coach for the Livonia Boys Swim Team. He is an avid bicyclist, having led trips and tours for youth and adults across the USA, around four of the Great Lakes, in central Europe, Key West to Canada, the Southwest, and trips around New York, New England and Pennsylvania. Rev. Krause has been married for 52 years to his wife Wendy. Together they have 3 children, a foster daughter, and 6 grandchildren. They live in Livonia where Rev. Krause likes to garden, enjoys music and reading.

Pastor Beth Stowe

Beth Stowe spent several years as a supply minister before accepting the position of pastor at Lakeville United Church of Christ. Beth graduated from Delhi University with an Associates in Science degree (1986). She has taken many courses through the New York School of Ministry, including a supply preaching certification. Over the past five years, Mrs. Stowe has filled many pulpits in a variety of churches in the Genesee Valley Association of the United Church of Christ. Beth lives in Honeoye with her husband Bob. They have been married for 35 years and cared for many foster children over fifteen years, adopting two children. She has been a partner in Stowe Construction, managing the business side of the family business. She recently has developed a song bird rescue program,“Feathers and Faith.”

As the musical director at the Lakeville United Church of Christ, Tyler Hayford works as the pianist, organist, and choir director for the congregation. He grew up in Santa Cruz, California, and went on to attend the Eastman School of Music, where he received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Piano Performance and completed additional studies in organ and sacred music. He also works as a staff pianist at Ithaca College.
